What does a “digital team” look like?
Posted by Joe Hoft on March 17, 2019 02:13:17The NFL is looking to expand the scope of its digital strategy, with the league announcing that it will be partnering with Adobe for the first time to create a team of digital talent that will help develop and grow its digital content, while also providing its players with access to it.
The partnership is part of the league’s efforts to create and deliver its next generation of digital content for both fans and players.
This new digital team will be the largest digital team in NFL history, which will include the likes of a game producer, video producer, editor, social media director, social, and analytics team, according to a statement released by the league today.
The goal of this new digital project will be to create an entire digital team that will be able to create, produce, and promote the NFL’s most valuable digital content as well as manage the creation and distribution of NFL-branded content across all platforms, according the statement.
In a blog post on Monday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell noted that the new digital entity will be headed by a new Digital Content Director who will be tasked with creating content across digital platforms, and will also lead the creation of content across the league, including social, video, and digital.
This new team will also be responsible for the creation, distribution, and monetization of NFL video content.
In addition to its digital team, the NFL will also begin using the new team to develop digital and social platforms for the team, as well.
The new digital platform will be a joint effort with the NFL Network.
Goodell said the NFL would also create an official platform for the digital team.
“We want to be a leader in digital content production, and we want to create the right environment for players, coaches, executives and others to get their ideas, get feedback, and ultimately be able take the next step in building the future of our brand and our game,” Goodell said in the statement today.
This is the first such digital team to be formed by the NFL in recent memory.
The NFL previously had a digital team headed by NFL Films head of digital and digital content.
It was formed to handle the production and marketing of content for its content partners, as it was in the past.
